String of Pearls is an acoustic trio of accomplished musicians that features strong lead and tight vocal harmonies. All three performers have each entertained as solo artists, as well as with many well-known and established area bands.
Their unique sound is built around solid instrumentation on acoustic guitars, bass, dobro, slide guitar, 5-string banjo, mandolin and harmonica. Then they add their distinctive vocals to create stunning renditions of some of the finest classic songs ever written. They cover a wide variety of styles, including folk, pop, rock, Americana, blues, modern and traditional country, bluegrass, gospel, and even some fantastic old cowboy tunes.
